About Us

YP Homes Ltd is a semi-independent provider and was designed by CEO, Ms. C. Wellington, who has a vast experience in working in the Health Sector caring for young people and older adult with mental health or learning disabilities, with aims of contributing to the wider transition and improvement in young people’s introduction into adulthood.

The founder, Ms. Wellington, believes that every young person should be given an equal opportunity whether they are a care leaver or have a learning disability. This will be achieved by teaching positive behaviour affective communication and other strategies to help them deal with everyday challenges and progress.
